I forward. I then sought his advice personally on lots of issues including coping with stress to prevent burn out and dealing with challenges in my life. He gave me fantastic resources, tips on how to cope with certain stressful situations and talked me through the issues but above all he listened and helped me (question) steer through the often turbulent arena of what we call “life”. No better man to give you focus and help you see what is important in life and how you are “enough”. A fantastic Coach and Mentor!! We even came up with my own mantra of “Be Here Now”
